Content powers the internet.
We visit blogs to be inspired by words, to read product reviews, or just to get more information about a given subject.
As affiliate marketers or bloggers, we want to provide not only content that humans love, but also content that ranks well in Google. Attaining these 2 goals is not an easy task.
I’ve used lots of content writers and agencies over the years and very few of them are able to both write well and know how to optimize an article to rank in search engines.
One of the few content agencies that truly understand how to rank content in Google and has some of the highest writer standards out there is Word Agents. I have indeed used Word Agents in the past and I’ve found their articles to be great quality.
Vincent D’Eletto is the founder of Word Agents and he’s built it into a 7 figure a year powerhouse. He started an as an affiliate marketer and still owns a portfolio of niche sites that he continues to work on.
Because he’s a practicing “SEO” and affiliate marketer, he TRULY understands what customers are looking for in well-written and optimized content.
In this Word Agents review, not only will I review their services, but I’ll also share the story of how Vincent grew the business into one of the largest and most respected content agencies in our space.
As a heads up, I reached out to Vincent and asked if he could offer something special to the Niche Pursuits audience and he agreed. For this week only, you can get $120 off any content package on Word Agents. That’s a FREE article if you order the Bronze Package!

What is Word Agents All About?
Word Agents is a premium content agency that understands how search engines work. Finding an agency that understands how to excel in these 2 areas is almost like finding a four-leaf clover.
What does premium mean?
Well, it means that all their authors are US based writers that really know how to write content. When Vincent brings a new writer in, he also trains them on his processes for optimizing content for search engines as well.
So, in return, you get content that doesn’t need to be constantly edited and “fixed”.
Premium also means that the content is a little more expensive than your discount shop. Expect to spend at least $0.06 a word. That’s not cheap, but it’s not CRAZY expensive either.
With content, you typically get what you pay for though. So, if you want your content optimized and well-written throughout the process, then you can’t cut corners.
Word Agents offers:
- Blog posts
- Niche site and affiliate content
- Product descriptions for eCommerce
- Other SEO content

Optimizing for Search Engines
Vincent has a background in affiliate marketing, SEO, and website building in general. He’s trained his writers with the latest SEO skills, so that they can truly optimize your articles to rank well.
In fact, Vincent built an entire site using Word Agents to produce the content. What happened? Well, he was able to build a single niche site that generated over $690,000 in under 2 years. You can read the full case study on that site here.
Here’s the steps they take to product high ranking, organic SEO content (in their words):
- Analyze the market: We dive into what’s working for your target keywords and analyze what the competition is doing.
- Write Optimized Content: A writing team will create content with an optimized keyword placement, structure and formatting, hyperlinks, and meta descriptions.
- Pick the right keywords: Our expert writers will take your provided keywords and strategically integrate them into your content.
- Delivered in 7 days: After fact and plagiarism-checking, you’ll receive a first draft within one week. You can request two rounds of edits which will be delivered within 2 days.
With a team of over 200 writers, they can produce both speedy turnaround times, but also scale. If you have lots of content you need ordered, they can handle it.
I simply can’t stress how important it is to work with a content agency that understands how search engines work and know-how to optimize content, without OVER optimizing it.
What Other People Say
I was having a private chat with a couple of SEO buddies of mine and asked if they were still using Word Agents (because I knew they had used them in the past). Both said they were indeed still using Word Agents for some of their content.
And both of their niche sites are doing really well – so I can see first hand that the content ranks and produces earnings.
Here’s what a few other people say about Word Agents:

The Word Agents Story
Vin started Word Agents back in 2014. But his entrepreneurial journey started long before that.
Even as a child he was the one selling candy in school and doing lemonade stands on the weekends. During his teenage years he was flipping things on eBay that he would find at garage sales.
Then he read the 4 Hour Workweek and discovered digital marketing. Along the way he tried a few things that either didn’t work or broke even. Then in 2008 to 2010 he discovered Wicked Fire forums and other blogs (including Niche Pursuits!) that got him thinking more about niche sites and affiliate marketing.
He sold his first site for $4,000 in 2012. He continued to build sites but also started writing for other people to help make a little extra money.
His little side hustle of writing for other people started to grow and he needed to hire people to keep up with demand and officially launched Word Agents in 2014.
But he also continued to work on his own sites and sold his largest site in 2016 for $510,000! You can read his case study on selling that site here (hint, all the content was written using Word Agents).
How successful is your business today?
As of today, Word Agents has a leadership team of 4, 11 Team leaders, and 236 American freelance writers which is growing daily. They first reached the $1 million mark in revenue in 2017. The business continues to grow.
What failure did you experience that perhaps made you doubt your future as an entrepreneur?
In Vin’s words…
My biggest failures were always based around me not getting out of my own way. It took being in business for 5+ years to hit $1m in revenue simply because I wasn’t delegating enough tasks. I tried to do everything myself.
Trying to do everything myself had negative consequences beyond a lack of time. I was overwhelmed, which lead me to be short with my staff and clients. I often dropped the ball on little tasks that I felt weren’t important (they were).
Learning to systemize procedures, hire correctly, and delegate completely changed the business. I went from fear of failure to lots of optimism for the future.
What are 1 or 2 strategies that have made your business successful?
Systemize everything. This includes systemizing how we go about creating and updating new systems.
Track everything. Marketing attribution and financial dashboarding basically tells you exactly what actions you need to take to maximize on any money the business is spending.
What has been the most effective marketing strategies you’ve used to grow WordAgents?
- Email newsletters / marketing – Working with our existing list to promote repeat business
- Paid media – Fb ads and Google retargeting
- LinkedIn – cold messaging and follower growth
- Cold email – targeting specific sets of our demographic with offers that will appeal to them
So far, email marketing and cold email have been the most effective since we relaunched in April. But, that’s due to them being the easiest to start. Paid media is beginning to get “dialed in,” and I assume that will be our most effective marketing vehicle.
Where do you hope to take your business in the future?
We just relaunched Word Agents as a productized service in April 2020. We’re spending the rest of 2020 optimizing this core product – affordable, SEO optimized content at scale.
2021 and beyond will bring add-on and complementary service offerings such as WordPress posting, correlational SEO optimization (surferseo), graphic design, and more.
We will be focusing deeply on improving all products so that we become known as the most consistently reliable provider on the market.
Why Should People Consider Using Word Agents?
- Scale – We can produce high-quality, American written SEO content at scale.
- Speed – place an order for 100’s of articles in 10 minutes or less, and get up to 10,000 words of publish-ready content delivered every 7 working days.
- Expertise – we walk the talk. Our entire leadership team is deeply entrenched in the SEO world, and every one of our writers is trained on current SEO optimization practices.
What final tips do you have for anyone hoping to replicate your success?
- Do the work! Success isn’t a magic trick. It’s locking yourself in your office for years, understanding your goals, and breaking down your goals into bite sized tasks. Successfully carry out those tasks, and you’re one step closer to your goal.
- Don’t worry about what others do. Keep an eye on them, sure. But, if your plan makes sense…follow it and forget all of the backseat navigators.
- Never make a promise if you can’t keep it.
